About Our Products

We make food products in small batches. Minor variations in colour, texture, or spice level between batches are natural and not a defect. Product images are as accurate as possible, but actual appearance may vary slightly.

Orders & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy; we confirm acceptance when your order is dispatched.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order (with a full refund where payment was already made) if a product is unexpectedly out of stock or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
• Please double-check your delivery details before submitting an order. We are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect information provided at checkout.

Payments

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide, with EasyPaisa available as an online payment option where enabled. Online payments are processed securely by the payment provider; we never see or store your card or wallet credentials.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including the Hajji Foods name, logo, product photography, and written content, belongs to Hajji Foods and may not be reused without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

We aim for every order to arrive exactly as expected. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any issue with an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
